April 26th at Rock And Roll Pizza was the most fun (next to the Garden Amp and the Grove) ever had on stage! The crowd was singing along to every song the entire night! They even demanded a 2 song encore!

March 9th at Bar 10 at Corbin Bowl was a long set, something Natural Science had not done in a long time. The crowd was into it and so was the band!

February 25th at Saint Rocke in Hermosa Beach was a great Sunday afternoon day show. We shared the stage with 2 other great tribute bands and fun was had all around!

February 9th at City National Grove of Anaheim was to date the largest audience Natural Science has ever played to, 1,500+ spectators. And it was a terrific night opening for the legendary “Which One’s Pink!”

2023

The Pour House in Paso Robles was a tremendous gig. The audience was bright, cheery and attentive the entire show, the entire 2 1/2 hour show! We hope to be back to the great venue in the summertime!

 November 3rd at the Garden Amphitheater in Garden Grove CA was Natural Science’s biggest show to date. Playing in front of about 500 people at an outdoor amphitheater performing Rush music is a guarantee of a great time! Natural Science had the privilege of  sharing the stage with “Stone Temple Revolver” tribute to “Stone Temple Pilots,” and “Queen Nation,” tribute to “Queen.”

September 15th at Tiki Bar in Costa Mesa was Natural Science’s 3rd time playing this great venue. Natural Science had the privilege of sharing the stage with 2L tribute to “Tool.” 2 and a half hours of Rush music later and a great time was had by all!

Saturday, September 2nd at Rock and Roll Pizza in Simi Valley was Natural Science’s second time at this amazing venue. Don’t let the small, bar vibe fool you, Robbie the sound engineer is one of the best in the business, not to mention the audience is always on their A+ game at this venue. Friday, August 4th at Boomer’s Cocktail Lounge in Long Beach was Natural Science’s first full length 3-hour concert in almost two years. The attendance was great, and the setlist was rockin’! All the classic hits were played as well as some new songs to the setlist including “The Anarchist,” “Between The Wheels,” “Animate” and many more!




July 14th at Navajo Live in San Diego was Natural Science’s 3rd time at this great venue. A little bit of a thin crowd but the ones that were there were into it and stayed for the full show. Saturday, April 29th at Molly Malones in Los Angeles was Natural Science’s first gig with their brand new drummer, Greg Russel. And what a way to introduce Greg to the fun, excitement and challenging conditions of playing the music of Rush then to have him play his first gig at the first ever “Rush” fest Los Angeles. Natural Science once again shared the stage with their good pals in “Mood Lifters” Rush tribute. A great time was had by all as is always the case at Rush tribute shows!

March 18th at Bobby V’s in Anaheim was Mark’s last gig with Natural Science. It was an emotional night but also a great night. All the hard core fans came out and Natural Science brought their “A” game playing all the classic songs fans come to hear and adore. Best of luck to Mark as he starts the next chapter of his life is D.C.

January 21st at Boomer’s Cocktail Lounge was Natural Science’s first show in Long Beach. And was it ever a night to remember. Such a great and enthusiastic crows turned up. Both the hardcore fans and the new fans alike. Fun was had by all and a quick return to the Cocktail Lounge will be in the near future, stay tuned!

December 9th at The Last Call in Tarzana was Natural Science’s last gig for the 2022 calendar year. What a great night it was too! Playing a two hour setlist include all your favorite Rush songs including Moving Pictures in its entirety! Those who showed up that night truly witnessed a night to remember! Natural Science will be back for more great shows in 2023.

November 12th at the Concert Lounge in Riverside was a last minute gig for Natural Science. It was a great lineup including “Black Sabbatha” tribute to Black Sabbath, and “Whole Lotta Rosie’s” tribute to AC/DC. Great night of music at a great venue, you can’t beat a big rock stage and the powerful drive of a tube amp, rock drums and some thumping’ bass guitar.

November 11th at the Rock ‘n Roll Pizza Harley Bowl in Simi Valley was a very unexpected night for Natural Science. Opening the night was the amazing “Stranglehold” tribute to Ted Nugent. Those guys absolutely crushed it. By the time Natural Science took the stage the bar was packed with happy, buzzed bar folk ready to hear a great night of Rush, and that was delivered in full force. Fun was had by all.

September 30th at Ventura Music Hall in Ventura California is to date the largest venue Natural Science has played. A great big ballroom type bar venue in the heart of Ventura. Natural Science shared the stage with Black Sabbatha tribute to Black Sabbath. They played a killer opening set and by the time Natural Science took the stage at 10:30pm the audience was all warmed up and ready for the lush, smooth tones only prog rock (and more specifically, Rush) can bring you.

April 8th at Corbin Bowl in Tarzana was Natural Science’s first gig in the San Fernando Valley in over two years and it was great to play for the hometown crowd again. A lot of old friends and new friends alike came out for this show and fun was had by all. A few technical difficulties but the professionalism of the band prevailed and Natural Science blew the doors off the Corbin Bowl that night!

February 12th at Navajo Live was another “Rush Fest” with good friends from “Mood Lifters.” Once again returning to Navajo Live for another great performance. Special shout out to the sound guy Sweet Chuck for running both lights and sound for both bands and doing a killer job! Natural Science will be back to Navajo Live soon!

January 28th at Tiki Bar was Natural Science’s second time at this awesome beachy venue. It also happened to be our second “Rush Fest” gig with fellow Rush tribute band “Mood Lifters.” And the mood was lifted throughout the night with these two great bands covering all of Rush’s catalog ranging from songs from “Rush” to “Clockwork Angels.”

December 4th at The Cave was a crazy night. Natural Science played a 3 hour set with only about a weeks notice. The Cave is such a great venue up in Big Bear California and the crowd brought it as always!

October 9th at Romano’s Concert Lounge in Riverside was Natural Science’s first gig in almost 2 months and they brought the house down at this show! Sharing the stage with new friends in Pink Floyd tribute band, “Eclipsed by the wall,” fun was had by all! Natural Science played all the classic Rush hits plus a few deep cuts. But Natural Science can’t take all the credit, the crowd brought their A++ game and the night wouldn’t have been the same without their excitement and passion for the great music of Rush and Pink Floyd!

August 14th at Stages bar and grill in Santa Ana was Natural Science’s only gig in August 2021, but it was a very special gig! Natural Science played Rush’s iconic album “Permanent Waves” in its entirety. While there wasn’t a lot of Rush fans in the crowd that night, Natural Science left the audience speech less with their precision and accuracy throughout the set.

July 23rd at Totally 80’s in Fullerton was Natural Science’s most “upscale” gig, service-wise at least. The band had their own personal waitress and were seated in the V.I.P. section. After an early setup at 6:30, then hanging around until 11:00 to play an hour set, it turned out to be a great night with a pretty decent sized crowd!

July 10th at Navajo Live in San Diego was the second “Rush Fest” performance with Natural Science and Xanadoodz. The venue was great and the sound engineer did a fantastic job, (he happened to be a Rush fan)! The die hard crowd stuck around until the very end of the show at 1:00 in the morning! Natural Science will definitely return to this venue in the future!

June 19th at Doll Hut in Anaheim was Natural Science’s first ever outdoor gig! It was a hot day but a great time was had playing for a good crowd and hanging out with fellow tribute bands to “Pink Floyd,” and “Steve Miller Band.”

June 18th at Gallagher’s Pub in Huntington Beach was a last minute gig booked only a few days before the performance. Lots of traffic on the way down but a great show none the less! Lots of Rush fans showed up and rocked the house!
